RediVibe by RediMinds CultureFeed (“RediVibe”, “we”, “us”) is an internal culture and engagement app for the RediMinds team, available on the web and on mobile. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Access is limited to people with an approved RediMinds work email address.

• Account details: your email address and name.
• Profile photo: if you sign in with Google or upload one, plus an optional bio and interests you add to your profile.
• Posts and comments: content you share on the RediVibe feed, including likes and any photos you attach.
• Survey responses: your answers to team surveys, including any photos you upload. Some surveys are anonymous, and your name is hidden from their results.
• Challenge entries: activity you log for team challenges (for example step counts, water intake or bingo squares), including screenshots you upload to verify an entry.
• Event RSVPs: the team events you mark yourself as attending.

We do not collect your location, contacts or advertising identifiers, and we do not run third-party ads or tracking in the app.

We use your information only to run the app: to sign you in, show your profile and activity to teammates, run surveys and challenges, calculate leaderboards, and help the team understand workplace culture through aggregated results.

Uploaded screenshots for challenges may be read by an automated AI service to pull out values such as step counts or water volume. They are used only for that entry.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Your data is used only within RediMinds. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database and file storage) only to operate the app for us.

All data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). Access to the app requires authentication, and access to survey results is limited to administrators and specifically authorized teammates.

• Access and edit: you can view and update your name, photo, bio and interests at any time from your profile.
• Delete your content: you can remove posts and comments you have created.
• Account deletion: to delete your account and its data, contact an app administrator at the address below. We will process your request promptly.

We keep your information while your account is active. When an account is deleted, its associated personal data is removed, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

RediVibe is a workplace app intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
